🔎 Streams: Candidate pool filter

Project: Stream improvements Type: 🚀 Feature User: 🏢 Company

Key changes

Notion image

Company users can now easily filter their streams by the active or passive candidate pool.

Why?

Previously, it wasn’t obvious that it’s possible to include passive candidates in searches, because the ‘include passive candidates’ tickbox was right at the bottom of stream filters. We also often receive requests from the Sales team to show this pool in a more obvious place as it gives prospects a better idea of the total number of candidates on cord.

What?

Users can choose to filter the stream by Active, Passive or All. The number of candidates per pool appears on the tab. The tabs are displayed under ‘Candidate pool’, at the top of the stream filters. There is a tooltip explaining that passive candidates’ response rate is lower than active candidates’.

How?

Thanks to Andrés and Hasan for building this feature!
