💼 Update to work eligibility stream filters

Key changes
The work eligibility filter on streams now only shows people who are fully eligible to work in the selected location. There is a new toggle option to include temporarily eligible candidates.
Why?
When selecting a work eligibility filter on streams, company users expect to only see people who are fully eligible to work in that location. Previously, the filter included people who are temporarily eligible.
What?
The work eligibility filters enable you to narrow your stream down based on where people are eligible to work without a visa.
There are four filter options available:
- UK
- US
- EU
- Non-UK/US/EU
Selecting UK, US or EU will filter your stream to people who are fully eligible to work in the selected location(s) without a visa. Additionally, when selecting the UK, US or EU filters there is an the option to include people who are temporarily eligible to work in the selected location. Toggling this option on will add the filter to your stream.
Selecting Non-UK/US/EU will filter your stream to people who require a visa to work in the UK/EU/US.
