Loop 15: releases, improvements and fixes

🎉 Releases

• New pop-up on the self-serve product tour prompting the user to add skills they’re looking for at the beginning

• Anyone who has done a self-serve product tour receives two types of email after the tour ends:
• An email introducing them to cord and the value it provides
• Regular emails summarising new profiles that might be relevant (candidate names & photos are blurred so that it’s anonymous)

📈 Improvements

• Majority of candidates signing up to cord are now channeled down the ‘self-build’ route i.e. they build their own profile

• Added tour bubble for candidates so that they know they can change the sorting of their search

• Position count is now shown clearly on candidate’s homepage

• Search bar is more obvious on dark mode

• Search bar remains focused at all times when the user flicks through the search categories to allow for immediate typing

• External positions are now included in weekly and monthly candidate position notifications

• Show more accurate posted date for months. I.e. "Posted a month ago", "Posted 2 months ago", "Posted 3 months ago", "Posted 4 months ago", etc, until 6 months and then switch to "Posted over 6 months ago"

• Show the skill instead of +1 since we now support scrolling

• Allow mouse users to scroll horizontally through the list of skills

• Error message when creating a position is now more obvious

• Updated the pop ups on the self-serve to better reflect what cord is, why it exists and the value it provides companies

• Changed ‘demo’ to ‘tour’ on the self-serve, to reduce confusion between the self-serve tour and 1-1 demo with the Sales team

• Upgraded GPT Models to 4o

🔧 Fixes

• Fixed issue where some candidates were unable to see any positions on their Discover page, on the All tab

• Fixed price discrepancy for reactivating companies between what is shown on the product and what is shown at checkout

• Fixed issue on the self-serve when an email is already registered

• Fixed issue where company user was unable to block candidate on certain tabs in the inbox

• Fixed incorrect follow up message showing in company inbox

• [internal] Fixed issue where multiple notifications were being sent to the Sales team, incorrectly notifiying them of demos being run. This was triggered by link scanners.

• Fixed expandable button on candidate profiles
