Loop 1: Tech Fortnight

During tech fortnight, each team is able to focus on longer-term projects on the tech roadmap.

    1. Datacamp Python course
  1. Post-release reporting:
    1. Add location to signup flow
    2. Search by radius
    3. Pending requests unblocked after company expires

⚒️ Backend

  1. Upgrades:
    1. Non-prod database sanitisation (in progress)
    2. Database network connectivity security (in progress)
    3. Database certificates

🔧 Frontend

  1. Company pages refactor and improvements:
    1. Improved streams and search pages to use redux state management
  1. Code health:
    1. Updated documentation 

💻 Product/Design

  1. Cleaned up Linear so that is easier and more efficient to use
  1. Ran shortlisting problem definition session with squad and researched how other products solve similar problems
  1. Designed and confirmed shortlisting enhancements
    1. Tested shortlisting designs with users and actioned feedback
  1. Finalised documentation for Recruitee integration so development can start in Loop 2
  1. Documented & prioritised all stream/usability enhancements
