Key changes

Following on from the shortlists MVP, company users can now create collaborative and private shortlists.

Why?

At the beginning of this project, we conducted user research and one of the most requested functionalities of shortlists was to be able to create ‘private’ shortlists, and shortlists that are shared with specific users.

What?

When creating or editing a shortlist, the user can now select who can access the shortslit.

  1. Everyone - every user on the company account can view and save to the shortlist.
  1. Collaborators - the user choose who else will be able to view and save to the shortlist.
  1. Only me - only the user who created the shortlist will be able to view and save to it.

How?

Thank you Vinu and Asta for your work on this feature!

What’s next?

Coming up next is the ability to add multiple comments on saved profiles.
