Loop 9: releases, improvements and fixes

🎉 Releases

• Candidates Tech Hub refresh

• Candidate newsletter: a new monthly newsletter sharing content from the new tech hub

• Company type tabs on candidate Discover page: To make Discover consistent with Search, where results are split into separate tabs (Direct, External, Agency), the Discover page is now formatted the same way. This makes it more obvious that there are different types of positions on cord, and easier to navigate to them.

📈 Improvements

• Made it clearer to candidates, in the Settings page, that agency recruiters only have access to their email address once the conversation is started

• Updated copy under 'Delete Account' in Settings, to explain how to set profile to invisible

• Improved candidate skill validation on the BE

• Investigated how we can improve tech stack filter to work for positions that don't have any tech stack tags

• Investigated and confirmed the sorting logic for a combined list of positions (direct, external and agencies)

• Investigate how we can return number of results per filter

🔧 Fixes

• Fixed bug in company messages when sorting messages by newest

• Removed 'strictly no recruiters' from the 'Your profile is ready' email

• Improve tech stack filter to work for positions that don't have any tech stack tags

• Fixed bug where churned companies were not being set as external but have listings set to external

• [internal] Prevented CV generator picking up the same CVs because they are failing
