🎉 Releases

• Added 25% annual discount banner in company accounts so companies are aware of savings on annual subscriptions

• More granular visa options: candidates are able to give more specific details about their visa status. This is visible to companies in their streams.

• New referral scheme: company users can now refer companies to cord and be rewarded. If the referral is successful, the company you refer will get 10% off their first month, and you'll get 10% off your next month, or a £50 Amazon voucher.

• People looking for work can now build their own profile when they join cord, instead of having to wait for the cord profile building team to build it for them!

📈 Improvements

• Added more thorough tags so it is easier to find job titles on the new autocomplete search

• Improved experience for paused company accounts so that users considering reactivating their subscription can:
• Access search page
• Run searches

• Sales’ team demo accounts now show the number of candidates that joined a stream in the last 7 days

• If opting to have their profile built for them, people joining cord to look for work will see what number they are in the profile building queue

• Switched on the job seeker digest for all users, to increase reactivations

• We have hidden the salary tool from non-tech people, as we don’t have sufficient data for this to be valuable to those skillsets, yet. We’ll open up to everyone looking for work once the dataset is sufficient.

• Free text search for job titles to improve usability

• Removed the option to request a profile request for reactivating candidates

🔧 Fixes

• Fixed issue when updating a custom plan to V4

• Added safety conversion for old work eligibilities to auth service, as previously this was preventing from Trust & Safety being able to verify and build profiles

• Fixed bug on candidate signup flow when locations are selected

• Handled special characters in search terms

• Fixed applications in the demo account from disappearing / autodeclining after two weeks, so that they are always visible
