AI decline messages has been released in closed BETA. It enables company users to provide personalised feedback to every candidate, powered by AI.

Why?
From speaking to users, it was clear that staying on top of inbound requests in the current market conditions has been a challenge. On top of this, providing personalised feedback when declining a candidate was taking too much time - often resulting in stock, impersonal messages. Companies care about candidate experience, as do we. So we’ve incorporated AI into the way you decline people on cord, to make it easy to provide feedback to every person.
What?
We've leveraged AI in the messaging inbox to enable users to effortlessly send AI-generated decline messages. These messages take into account users' preferred tone, desired message length, and positive feedback (available from a dropdown list). This allows companies to deliver personalised, constructive, and empathetic decline messages at scale.
Existing templates can be updated with the new AI-generated variable. When you use a template with this variable, the {PERSONALISED_DECLINE_REASON} variable will be replaced with an AI-generated reason, based on the profile of the person you’re declining.
Please note that this is a BETA release and AI can sometimes get things wrong! We recommend always checking a message before you send it.
