We used to have a referrals page in company accounts that was not very incentivising, nor was it very visible to users that this page existed.

Referral schemes can be a powerful way of bringing on more customers. People trust their friends’/colleagues’ recommendations. We believe that introducing a high quality referral scheme will contribute to more companies using cord.

We now have a revamped referrals page that lets company users easily send referral emails and describes in detail the rewards + the terms and conditions.

Users can access this page through the dropdown on the sidebar or the floating button in the bottom left of their screen. We also released an in-app notification that should make users aware of these changes.

Those that have been referred will receive an email that directs them to our request demo page where they can book a demo with our cord experts.

We had one week to execute the referral scheme - huge shoutout to Katerina for her speedy work on the designs, and Vinu for building and releasing on time! 🏎️

This was a quick project, so we’ll all be moving onto something new now! We’ll be evaluating the success of the programme and tweaking as necessary. Let us know if you have any feedback!
